What it is: A medium to full coverage hydrating cream foundation that is fragrance, paraben and oil free. Lightweight, anti-aging, natural looking formula.
This comes in eight colors. I purchased the light beige and it was a pretty good match. It comes with a sponge applicator that is stored below the makup. This would be yet another attempt of mine to find a compact foundation that works without making me look like a dry powder puff. Although this is supposed to be medium to full coverage, I found that I had to go over several times to get any coverage, and eventually gave up on covering my nose freckles. It did give the powdery finish that makes every tiny peach fuzz hair stand out, but it was not nearly as prominent as those I’ve tried before.
I have normal/dry skin and my pores are pretty much invisible, but as you can see in the thumbnail here, this settled into them terribly and made them look very large. Yuck. I cannot imagine anyone with oily skin being able to use this. It looks ok from far away, but the finish is terrible close-up. I don’t plan to give this a second shot. I’m disappointed, as I thought this was going to be the one for me, especially since I’m a Lorac fan. The search continues…
Pros: Easy to Apply, Nice Consistency, Well Packaged, Not Drying
Cons: Settles into Pores, Gets Cakey, Less Coverage than Promised
Cost: $32
